Using the image of a table, Carlos and Kimberley open space for stakeholders in churches and communities to come together, exchange ideas, find common goals, and develop concrete plans for positive impact. They call this, Setting the Table, and for this reason their ministry is named La Mesa (Spanish for The Table).

As well as setting the table, Carlos and Kimberley mentor and disciple young people, serve as volunteer leaders with La Vid, their local church, lead Bible studies, and build authentic relationships in communities. They love hosting teams from the US and Canada and watching God’s Kingdom expand through the linked arms of North American and Dominican believers.
